You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can return or exchange your shipment by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account within 14 days of receiving your order. Go to your Orders list, select the order you wish to cancel, and then select the product(s) you wish to return. Click Return Selected Products. Specify the reason for the return and fill out the required information. We will then receive your return request.
2. Ensure the product is in its original condition and in its packaging.
3. We will send a shipping receipt, and then you can deliver the shipment to the nearest branch of the shipping company.
4. After we receive the shipment from the shipping company, we will inspect it and then refund the amount to the card you used. If you paid for the shipment in cash, we will transfer the amount to the bank account you entered when completing the return request in the return details field. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery, or the wrong product, the customer will not be charged shipping fees.
If the return is for other reasons (for example, the customer wants to exchange the product or changed their mind), the shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
The thermoses should be tested with hot water before using them for tea or coffee.
Textiles, appliances, and personal items are non-returnable for your personal safety and hygiene.
Product exchanges (exchanges) through the online store are currently unavailable.
You can only return products and request a different one.
