Terms and Conditions

Use of the Website Services is only available to persons who are legally competent to represent themselves under Saudi law. Persons who are incapable of legal representation under local contract law are not eligible to use the Website Services. If you are a minor (i.e., under 18 years of age), you may use the Website Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, provided that they agree to be bound by the terms of the Terms of Use. The user is responsible for using the Website Services from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully compliant with the local laws applicable in that region. These Terms and Conditions are valid and supersede all prior commercial representations, oral agreements, or other understandings unless additional terms are specified for a specific product or service.

By using the Website Services, you are bound by the terms of the Terms and Conditions.

The registration process includes the information (your personal information) you provide to us to complete your transactions and also to contact you. You agree to our use and updating of your personal information to process your registration and to control your identity during the online order and payment process. The information you provide during the registration process is protected in accordance with the privacy protection terms described above. Your personal information forms part of your personal record of your interactions with our services. If you use our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and password, as well as for restricting access to your personal device/computer. You are therefore responsible for all transactions conducted through your personal account using your password.

The website assumes no liability to any person for any loss or damage that may arise from your failure to protect your password or any other information related to your personal account.

In our constant and diligent efforts to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, pricing, product specifications, illustrations, and technical specifications) and comprehensive information about our services, we may encounter typographical errors.

The maximum accuracy is taken into account in displaying the colors of the products on the website, but the colors you see on the website depend mainly on your monitor settings. This is outside the scope of our authority, as we cannot be absolutely sure of the color settings adopted by your monitor.

The publication of product or service details (including, but not limited to, marketing brochures, advertisements, trade offers, magazine offers, and flyers) on the website does not guarantee the availability of products, offers, or prices, whether through online shopping or in-store. Errors may occur during the process of providing product or service pricing and detailed pricing information on the website. The website cannot provide you with individual product prices or the total cost of a product or service until you have submitted your online order in full. If a product or service is ordered and invoiced and the price is incorrect or the information is incorrect due to an error in recording the correct price or product or service information, the website reserves the right to either contact you to clarify the error and how to resolve it or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Delivery takes 7-10 business days, excluding Fridays (not a business day) and official holidays such as Eid and Saudi National Day. Delivery time during holidays can take up to 14 business days.

Delivery also depends on customer acceptance and the delivery date set by the shipping team. If the customer cannot be contacted by the specified time, delivery of the shipment will be delayed, without any liability on Qasr Al Asaar Company.

Our payment system includes several payment methods/forms:

• For online payments: We accept payments via the Sadad payment system, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), or Mada cards issued by Saudi banks through the electronic portal of our banking service provider. In the case of online payments, the customer will receive an on-screen notification immediately after the payment is accepted. We do not bear any responsibility if the payment is declined or canceled by the credit card/Mada card service provider for any reason. You should check with the bank providing the credit card/Mada card service for the reason for the decline. We do not store your credit card information on the website. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes, and communications sent to and from the service provider's website are also encrypted. We do not provide any payment information provided through the website to other companies or individuals unless required by a legal authority. This information is processed by our payment processor.

You must ensure that the credit card information you use to pay for online services is correct, valid, and accurate, and you must use the credit card/Mada card legally owned by you. Your personal information will not be used or shared by the online services with any third party, except when required by law, regulations, or court orders. The website (online) service will not be liable in any way for credit card/Mada card fraud. You will bear full responsibility for the use of counterfeit credit cards/Mada cards, and you will be entirely responsible for proving otherwise. If we are unable to fulfill all or part of the order, we will notify you directly. All or part of the amount paid by the credit card/Mada card you used to pay for the order will be refunded. Partial payments on Mada cards are not refundable. Your use of our website's online payment service constitutes implicit consent to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please do not use this service.
